Oct. 10--The Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona will celebrate its 30th anniversary Sunday with an open house, games, music and, of course, food. This is a happy occasion, a time for the community to honor an institution that has served Pima County residents for three decades. But the fact that there's still such a need for the food bank, that so many of our neighbors go without food, should be a wake-up call to the community.
